Today I got this fantastic red and zebra striped bowl! I was so thrilled when I saw it and couldn't believe my luck! It's going straight into Spook House, I'm sure Karl Edo will be very pleased too :-)
hm, you are right - i have to show my goodies soon. maybe tomorrow :) but villa maria (the sister of mine - cute!) barged inbetween ;D i would be mighty pleased with yours, too...
Back! Guess I just couldn't get away, can I ? LOL. I love this bowl. I did see it already at Spook's window? Swear it was on your Advent Wiki post? It sure adds a lot to the glam factor of the shop.
So nice to see you already Sans :-) No wonder you think you had seen it in the window already, because it's a perfect mixture of the elements there! Karl Edo got it today and can hardly wait to show it off :-)
What a terrific bowl, and how wonderful that Karl Edo gets a present too! This is a really great calendar :-) I think from your comment about learning the word 'die Schale' that you don't spend as much time looking at German ebay as some of the rest of us! Very sensible! And it is much harder to find things in 1/16th scale there anyway.
Thank you Rebecca! Yes Karl Edo was mighty pleased -:) Yes, you're right, I'm not much on the German ebay :-) I'm mostly just there when I do the international search for Lundby. I had an ebay shopping frenzy this autumn, when I was working too much to do miniature work myself, but I shop mostly from the UK ebay, where I always find a lot and postage is cheap too.
Hi, my name is Helene. I'm 52, married and have a girl who's 16 and a boy who's 19 years old. All my houses are in the 1:16th scale, or 3/4" scale, which it's also called. I got my first Lundby doll's house when I was 7, but did not get addicted until I grew up. Now I have a few more...

i´m sure he´ll loooove it and never sell it ;D
(i could not resist the suspicion, your version of the calendar from 2005 is a bit nicer than mine from 2007...)

I don't know much about your calendar Nicola, but anyway I'm mighty pleased with mine :-)
And I don't think Karl Edo will sell it either, unless zebra stripes becomes really unfashionable :-)
