Karl Edo Spook loves Jonathan Adler (and Christmas)
ENG: Many of you have also seen the Spook House Christmas window in the wiki calendar, but on Saturday Karl Edo got this bowl in the Lundby calendar, and he wanted to show you all how great it looked with his new Jonathan Adler vases! (And sorry Nicola, Karl Edo is such an aesthetic, he wouldn't disturb the pictures with his presence.)
Credits: Jonathan Adler vases from the Barbie loves Jonathan Adler set. The Christmas tree is an ornament from Holmegaard. The silver star ornament I've had for years. Selfmade lego table, shelves and exterior. Selfmade Ballclock, Bocca Lip sofa and glass table. Deer head and striped bowl in red and white from Re-ment. All chairs and counter from Re-ment. Hanging lamp made by Cocco.

It's perfect!! And by the way, I love that couch!
Thank you Norma! So glad you liked my "Bocca Lip sofa", I made it with red polymer clay a few months ago :-)

Thanks Nicola, from both me and Karl Edo! :-)
You MADE it! It's fantastic!!!
Thanks Norma :-)
Great to see the couch again, and thanks for sharing the Barbie/Adler vases! They look great scale-wise! How's the quality? I also love the star in the window...magical!
I identify with Karl more than I care for. I will throw a dinner party and do up the place and thinks it look best without the guests and wish they don't come too early so I can enjoy it as long as possible :). Spook House is my fav room after the pub (with people). Or have I said that already?
Just perfect, Helene! The star and Christmas tree are perfect decorations for Spook House with their clean lines, and the stripey bowl and Adler vases were just made for each other.
I don't know how Karl Edo ever sells anything, except perhaps by taking orders to supply items on display. I can just imagine him sitting and looking through the album of his displays, so ably documented by you, and thinking how each one is superb - except perhaps, for just one must-have item that would set off all the other pieces - and then, when he has finally obtained that special piece, savouring the result, until he sees the next must-have in a magazine ....
Thanks callsmall, I love the Adler vases, they are so exquisite even though they're plastic. As you can see, Karl Edo likes best the side without the light pink stripe, but I must admit I like the pink too.
And if your daughter has any Barbie dolls, the rest of the furniture in the set and the doll itself is gorgeous! I love her outfit!
Ha, ha Sans! I don't think you and Karl Edo are the only ones to feel that way :-)
Spook House and the pub are my favourites as well, so you can say it as often as you like for me :-)
Thanks Rebecca! :-) Do you have a hidden camera in Karl Edo's house? You are spot on, there are fewer new items in the shop now, because Karl Edo is so happy with most of his furniture and accessories now, he can't bring himself to change much.
And I must admit I was also so pleased I groined when I saw the bowl in the shop with the vases and the black and red furniture!
The bowl and vases look fab together!
Just poking my head in for a peek! :)
So nice you're visiting Dale, even when it's just for a peek :-)
