On request

ENG: Upon popular demand, here are pictures showing a whole building. This is the one holding Spook House, Gjengangere second-hand store, the pub and the reception room. Arne Vaa has designed the Spook House front for his friend. The original facade, which can be seen in the rest of the house, wasn't compatable with an exclusive shop for modern design. The logos are designed by Cocco.

(Because of insufficient supply of building materials from the Danish manufacturers and concerns for the stability of the structure, the facade so far only covers the ground floor. )

Oh, brilliant, Helene! I thought I recognised some of the original features of the secondhand shop/cafe. I do hope Arne Vaa can design a facade for the top floor that combines stability and a suitable ambience for a pub, and that the Danish building materials suppliers come good! But perhaps a more traditional frontage would be appropriate? Many old buildings have modernised shop fronts at street level, but retain their original frontages at higher levels;-)

Liebe Helene,
ich danke dir sehr! (on popular demand :-)

Lena!

Thank you Rebecca! I have now received more of the white bricks, but am still a bit short on windows. But I will forward your request to Arne Vaa. I don't think he will have any problem designing a more traditional facade, though. As his name might tell you, (at least when pronounced in Norwegian) he's into old styles as well.

Vielen dank, liebe Oese!

Helene
